Orders are sent only after receipt of payment to our bank account or through PayPal.

We do not send on invoice. The cash on delivery option is only valid for store withdrawals.

Billing and confirmation

Each customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, then, once the payment is made, an invoice is sent with the order, as proof.


Your payment must be made in advance on our UBS bank account.

Upon receipt of payment, the order will be sent.


Beyond 7 days after receipt of the parcel, the claims or return of goods are not accepted. Only intact products (in their original packaging) can be returned or exchanged. However, the customer is obliged to inform us in advance in order to obtain our agreement for the return of the parcel. The shipping costs of the package in return will be borne by the customer.

Package not received

Any package not received and arriving in return will incur a return shipping fee, packaging fees, and administrative fees to the customer.
In case of reshipment, the costs of the new shipment will also be charged extra.

Shipping costs

The shipping and packing costs are of the order of:

CHF 12.- under 50.- order
CHF 10.- between 50.- and 349.- order
Free from 350.- order

Deliveries are made only in Switzerland. Orders are shipped as soon as possible as a normal (without signature)package. If the items are not in stock, a partial delivery will be made and we will send you the balance of your order at no additional cost.

The delivery of your packages remains the responsibility of the buyer. Your orders are sent with the Swiss Post. As soon as your shipment is made, we will send you a tracking number by email.

Please check with the post office that your package is being delivered and to look for the causes of a possible problem during delivery.

If you are not present at the time of delivery and the Post Office was unable to deliver, it is your responsibility to go to your local Post Office to pick up your package or to call the Swiss Post Office to re-distribute your goods to the address of your choice.
