  • has a medium consistency

  • has a layer of cohesion
  • no dissolve with acetone. 

How to apply the Wet Look topcoat :

  • The curing time of the Wet Look topcoat is about 30-60 seconds in a MULTILED lamp and about 2 minutes in a UV lamp.
